The International Museum of Muslim Cultures is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Jackson’s Arts District in the vicinity of the Mississippi Arts Pavillion.
Tours
The IMMC offers personalized guided tours for adults and children with two weeks’ advance reservation. Please inquire about multilingual and special needs accommodations. Guided tours are available outside of regular Museum hours.
Arranging Your School Visit
Students always leave the IMMC in awe and we love being able to share world cultures and heritage with our young learners and leaders of the future. Schedule your school trip by emailing us from September to November with your trip date request which should include:
complete address and phone number of your school
lesson topic if any
several potential dates
lunch plans for your group
Please note: The maximum number of students permitted from one school on any day is 40.

I saw actual artifacts from 700 years ago. There is a rich history of the people and their culture on display. Visitors are allowed to touch and handle a lot of the artifacts. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who visits Jackson.
